Sunset Strip's GuitarTown welcomes another two new additions this month, with guitar homages to Fleetwood Mac's Stevie Nicks and The Doors joining the other 10-foot-tall Gibson Les Paul sculptures decorated by local and international artists.
Bella Donna guitar sculpture by Roberto Chojniak
First up is this cool tribute to singer and songwriter Stevie Nicks by mosaic artist Roberto Chojniak. You can currently find this intricately made design outside Mel's Drive-in diner along Sunset Boulevard.
Funnily enough this recently arrived guitar replaces another mosaic design which literally graced the same location, There's Something Happening Here guitar by Julianna Martinez, which is a tribute to rock folk band Buffalo Springfield.

Roadhouse Blues guitar by RISK
This hot pink tribute to rock legends The Doors is by L.A. based graffiti artist RISK.
I'm not sure whether it's intentional or not, but it looks like someone tried to autograph this guitar with a leaky silver pen, which has dribbled all down the front of the body of the guitar, which is a shame.

Regardless it still makes for a dazzling sight as you arrive into West Hollywood from Beverly Hills.
Be sure to check out this other Light My Fire guitar homage to The Doors, plus two other new additions to GuitarTown and have a peak back at the first wave of Sunset Strip GuitarTown sculptures from back in August 2010.
Stick around for even more new designs to come...
